Unilink’s prisoner Self-Service Platform is a secure, multi-lingual, digital
solution that empowers prisoners to take responsibility for managing their
routine tasks, while reducing the administrative workload on staff.
It provides access to a wide range of core services, such as canteen (shop),
account view, menu selection, applications, visit booking, messaging,
and more, as well as educational content. In addition, it grants access to
podcasts, videos, music, live radio, and TV to help alleviate boredom.
